Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work with businesses anywhere, entirely online and securely. If you’re in Siskiyou County, I’m happy to come to you too.
Which accounting software do you support?
I work in QuickBooks Online, the program most CPAs prefer, and you can see your numbers from your phone anytime. With 30 years in IT behind me, I’ll also connect your bank feeds and the apps you already use (Square, PayPal, payroll) so your books mostly update themselves. Using something else now? Do you offer monthly bookkeeping?
Absolutely — monthly bookkeeping is my core service. You'll receive reconciled books and clear financial reports every month, on a predictable schedule.
Can you clean up overdue books?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping is one of my specialties. Whether you're a few months or a few years behind, I'll get you accurate and current quickly.
